Windowline’s Warranty

Limited Prorated Warranty
Windowline provides the original purchaser of Windows and Doors (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) with a transferable warranty subject to the following terms & conditions.
25 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY ON VINYL COMPONENTS
Windowline warrants that the main sashes and frame vinyl components of the Products will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials which result in peeling, flaking,
chipping, cracking, blistering or corrosion for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of installation.
20 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY ON INSULATED GLASS
Windowline provides a (20) year limited warranty on all glass sealed units from the date of manufacture on our window systems. The insulated glass unit with such seal failure will be repaired
or replaced by Windowline at its own absolute discretion. This seal failure warranty doesn’t apply to insulating glass units which are special glazing, installed in sloped glazing or which are
coated with any type of film after receipt of delivery. This seal failure warranty doesn’t cover condensation appearing on the surfaces of the glass unit, as this is caused by excessive
humidity in house and is not a product defect.
12 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY ON CRACKED GLASS
Windowline warrants to replace any insulating glass in Windowline window or patio door should the unit develop a stress crack due to a defect in materials or workmanship that’s not a result of
impact to the glass, within 12 months of the date of installation. This guarantee doesn’t apply to pour-in place basement windows.
10 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY ON PAINTED VINYL COMPONENTS
Windowline warrants that for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation, all painted VINYL windows and door components, will not under normal conditions, peel, chip, crack,
blister, flake or corrode.
2 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY ON MINI-BLINDS
Windowline warrants that all internal blind components are in good working condition without any manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from the
date of installation. Any defective blinds under this warranty will be repaired or replaced by Windowline at its own absolute discretion.
2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON HARDWARE COMPONENTS
Windowline warrants that the hardware in all Products is in good working condition for a period two (2) years from the date of installation.
NON-COVERAGE FROM THIS WARRANTY
This warranty does not apply to or does not cover normal wear and tear, natural weathering, glass breakage, distortion or any failures, defects and or/ damages directly or indirectly, caused by, arising from or
connected with, including but not limited to, improper use, neglect, negligence, abuse, or insulation, failure to provide reasonable maintenance of the Products(s) and/or any part(s) thereof, exposure to
hazardous and/or harmful chemicals, any damages to wall surface or any structure to which Products are attached, arising from settlement distortion or warping due to extreme weather, unusual heat,
movement of cracking thereof, tropical storm, earthquake, hurricane, whirlwind, tornado, cyclone, gale, snow storm, lightning, thunderstorm, fire, flood, accident, vandalism, terrorism, civil unrest, intentional
damage, acts of God and all other causes which are beyond the control of Windowline. This warranty does not cover any condensation, moisture, mold or frost resulting from humidity within the building and
interior/exterior temperature differentials. Condensation of the interior (room side) glass surface is a sign of high humidity caused by conditions within the building and are beyond Windowline’s control.
Windowline’s products must at all times have proper air flow and/or ventilation in, on, and around window coverings of any kind to reduce heat and condensation damage. This warranty does not apply to

Products which have been varnished, painted or coated over the original finish done by Windowline. Products having color changes due to normal or unusual weathering is not covered under this warranty. Non-
uniform color changes caused by even exposure to sunlight are not covered under this warranty. In no event shall Windowline be held liable for any labor and/or transportation costs. This warranty replaces and

supersedes all other warranties, guarantees and/or obligations of Windowline in all aspects. Windowline is not liable for any kind of damages incurred regardless of any warranty given on the Products and the only
remedial action is the enforcement of the terms and conditions contained herein. Newly purchased Products are covered by this warranty for the duration as stipulated above. All replacement Products and
repaired Products are covered only by the remaining unexpired warranty period from the date of original purchase of Products.
